Goals are pre-set desired outcomes for a product. As an expected result, it needs to have a service object. When we evaluate and judge the core requirement scenarios, we email list have introduced a variety of factors to assist the decision, including: User value: meeting this demand scenario and bringing value to customers, such as improving customer development efficiency and saving costs; Market value: The value brought to market sales by meeting this demand scenario, such as how much growth it can bring to annual sales; Competitive value: To meet this demand scenario, the value brought to product competition, such as being able to surpass core competing products and improve the success rate of bidding; Internal value: To meet this demand scenario, the value brought to the enterprise, such as supporting other products in the enterprise, supporting operational actions, etc. When formulating design goals, we still need to review these factors, and further clarify the expected value and ultimately reflect on the goal. The formulation of design goals is similar to conventional goal formulation, and it is also in line with the SMART principle: Specific (Specific): which roles are targeted, which problems are solved, and which needs are met, be specific enough; Measurable: After the function is launched, the value it can bring should be as measurable as possible; Attainable: The goal is achievable, challenging, not too low, but not too high. The achievable goal has guiding significance; Relevant to other goals (Relevant): Design goals should be related to team goals, overall product goals, and company goals, and should not exist independently; Have a clear deadline (Time-based): When can this goal be achieved, and what tasks can be completed to achieve this goal, it must be clear. The established target team must reach an agreement. When choosing a plan, when doing functional design, and when developing, if you encounter problems, you can align this target to make judgments. It should be noted that the target is formulated in advance. If there is a problem with the target, it cannot go all the way to the black. The process needs to calibrate the rationality of the target in time.
